The low-profile cup is exactly why the Razor shape became a range standard — it sits close enough to the head that a rifle stock does not knock it out of position when you mount the gun. Everything else is deliberately simple.
The sensible choice if the muffs are for occasional range use, or as a spare pair to keep in the bakkie for whoever comes along. If you want to hold a conversation between strings, the electronic Razor is the one to look at instead.
