Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

We ship nationwide across South Africa via courier. Typical delivery times:

Major metros (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 1–3 business days
Outlying areas: 3–5 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — rural or outlying deliveries can occasionally take longer depending on courier routes.

Shipping Costs

We charge flat shipping rates. Your options are shown at checkout:

Standard courier: R100
Express courier: R180
Free standard shipping on orders over R1 000 — excluding cooler boxes (see below)

Cooler Boxes — Oversized Freight

Cooler boxes are large, heavy items that ship as oversized freight rather than as a standard courier parcel. They carry a flat freight charge of R250 nationwide, and are not included in our free shipping threshold, whether ordered on their own or alongside other items.

Where a cooler box is ordered together with other items, the two ship as separate consignments and each carries its own rate at checkout.

For outlying, farm or difficult-access addresses the actual freight cost can differ materially from the flat rate shown. If that happens we will contact you with a revised quote before dispatching, and you may cancel for a full refund if the revised cost doesn't suit you.

Cooler boxes can also be collected free of charge from our showroom at 90 Monument Road, Nimrod Park, Kempton Park. Contact us to arrange a collection slot.

Pre-orders and Arriving Soon Items

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we hold the order and ship it complete once the pre-order item arrives, unless you ask us to split the shipment. Split shipments may incur a second shipping charge.

Age Restriction on Delivery

Knives may only be sold to and received by persons 18 years or older, in accordance with South African law. Please ensure someone of legal age is available to receive the delivery — our couriers may request ID on handover.

Collection from Our Showroom

You're welcome to collect any order from our showroom at 90 Monument Road, Nimrod Park, Kempton Park, Gauteng, at no charge. Contact us before travelling so we can confirm the item is packed and ready.

International Orders

At this time, we only ship within South Africa.
