How it works

We send a quote — pricing and any volume discount are worked out for your specific order.
You confirm and pay via EFT — our banking details are supplied on the purchase order/invoice we send you.
We deliver — typical lead time is around two weeks, depending on the products and volume ordered. Larger orders or custom engraving may need a little more time; we'll confirm a firm date on your quote.
