A large traditional lockback with rich brown wood scales and brass bolsters at both ends — the shape your oupa carried, and still a perfectly sensible knife for anyone who prefers a classic pattern to a tactical one.
The lockback is the old reliable of folding mechanisms: simple, strong, and it gives an audible click when the blade seats. The 3.75-inch clip point opens on a nail nick, the way this pattern always has.
One modern concession: it carries a steel pocket clip, so you get the look of a traditional folder without it living loose in the bottom of a pocket.
