Cold Steel's Pro Lite range exists to put the company's hard-use engineering into a knife that does not cost hard-use money.
The blade is German 4116 stainless — the same steel used across quality European kitchen cutlery. It is not a super steel and does not pretend to be: it resists rust well, takes a very keen edge, and sharpens back in minutes on a basic stone. For a knife at this price that gets genuinely used, that is the right trade.
Textured black handle scales, a stonewashed blade that hides scratches, and a stainless pocket clip. Made in Taiwan.
