The Drifter has been CRKT's benchmark budget EDC folder for years, and this version upgrades it with a D2 blade in a stonewashed finish over black G-10.

D2 is a semi-stainless tool steel that holds an edge noticeably longer than the entry-level stainless usually found at this price. The trade-off is honest: it wants a little more care in wet conditions and takes more patience on the stones. For most people that is a good swap.

The stonewash finish is the sensible choice on a working knife — it hides the scratches that come with actual use rather than showing every one. Liner lock, four-position pocket clip, lanyard hole.
