The Mantra 4 takes Spyderco's mid-size folder format and dresses it in a black G-10 and carbon fibre laminate handle.
The 3.25-inch blade is flat-ground 8Cr13MoV with a satin finish — a steel that sharpens back to keen very easily, which for a working knife is often worth more than extended edge retention.
Opening is via a thumb pull rather than Spyderco's usual round hole, giving the knife a cleaner spine profile. Liner lock, pocket clip.
