The Tenacious is the knife Spyderco built to prove that a well-designed folder does not need to be expensive. This version dresses it up with a carbon fibre and G-10 laminate handle.
The 3.39-inch leaf-shaped blade is full-flat ground from 8Cr13MoV — a Chinese stainless that sits at the sensible end of budget steel. It will not hold an edge like S30V, but it takes one very easily and resharpens in minutes, which for a lot of people is the more useful trait.
Liner lock, four-position pocket clip, and Spyderco's Trademark Round Hole for ambidextrous one-handed opening. A mid-sized knife that handles real work without you worrying about scratching it.
