Maxpedition Falcon-II Hydration Backpack

Maxpedition has built its name on gear that soldiers, police and outdoorsmen trust in hard conditions, and the Falcon-II is one of its classic packs. It is a compact, rugged daypack that carries a full hydration reservoir and enough kit for a long day in the veld, on the trail or in the field.

An external sleeve takes a reservoir of up to 100 oz (about 3 litres), so you can refill it without unpacking. The main compartment and a large secondary compartment give plenty of organised space for jackets, food, a first-aid kit and gear, and the pack is covered in PALS webbing for attaching extra pouches and accessories.

It is made from 1000-denier ballistic nylon with water- and abrasion-resistant coatings, heavy-duty zips and reinforced stitching — built to be dragged through thornveld and thrown in the back of the bakkie for years. Available in Black or Foliage Green. Reservoir not included.
