Gozney Dome (Gen 2) Door

The Door turns your Dome (Gen 2) or Dome XL (Gen 2) into a baking, hot-smoking and slow-roasting oven. Its twin-walled, insulated build traps heat and smoke, and cut-outs let meat probes run through while it is closed. Combined with the Dome's thick stone and dense insulation, it gives you control over temperature, smoke and steam for long cooks.

Throw a sprig of rosemary on the ember bed for a herb-infused chamber. Choose the size that matches your oven.
