Gozney Dome (Gen 2) Dual Fuel Pizza Oven

The Dome (Gen 2) is Gozney's most versatile oven, over 40% larger inside than the original Dome. It fits two 10" pizzas side by side or a single 16", with enough room for roasts, breads and whole trays of vegetables.

Cook on LPG when you want quick, controllable heat, or load it with wood or charcoal for a traditional wood-fired result. The lateral rolling flame carries heat over the food, and the digital console shows air and stone temperature in two zones, runs a timer and reads two meat probes, so you always know where the cook is at.
