Gozney Pro Placement Peel

Developed with Gozney's professional pizza chefs, the Pro Placement Peel is a lightweight, all-aluminium launching peel for serious pizza makers. The round blade is hex-perforated so excess flour drops through instead of burning onto the base, and its shape helps you build a consistently round pizza.

The chiselled aluminium handle has angled sides for grip and a curved underside, so the peel slides smoothly out of your hand as you launch. Choose the size that matches your pizza.
