Spartan Blades Harsey Fighter — 1095 Fixed Blade

Bill Harsey Jr. is one of the most influential knife designers in America — his work includes knives for US Special Forces and the famous Yarborough knife. The Harsey Fighter is his take on a classic fighting knife, made by Spartan Blades, a company founded by two former Special Forces soldiers.

The 6.13-inch clip point blade is flat ground from 1095 carbon steel, the time-tested steel of countless military and outdoor knives. It is tough, takes a very keen edge and is easy to sharpen in the field. A black powder coat protects it from corrosion; keep the edge dry and lightly oiled and it will last decades.

The black injection-moulded polymer handle is shaped for a secure grip in any hand position, wet or dry, and the knife rides in a contoured polymer sheath. Heavy enough to be authoritative at 333 g, but beautifully balanced. Made in the USA.
