Weber Slate GP 43 cm Premium Griddle

The Slate GP 43 cm is a portable, single-burner gas griddle that turns any table, tailgate or campsite into a flat-top kitchen. Its pre-seasoned, porcelain-enamelled cast-iron cooktop heats evenly from edge to edge and climbs past 260°C, so you get crispy smash burgers, a full bacon-and-egg breakfast or seared prawns without hot or cold spots.

The stick-resistant enamel surface is ready to cook out of the box and needs none of the seasoning upkeep of bare steel. Front-access grease removal keeps clean-up simple, four adjustable feet level it on uneven ground, and the hard lid protects the cooktop in transport. An expandable stand is available separately.
