Weber Summit Kamado E6 Charcoal Braai

The Summit Kamado E6 is Weber's answer to the ceramic kamado, built from dual-walled, insulated steel instead. It heats up quickly, holds rock-steady temperatures through a long brisket or pork shoulder smoke, and uses less charcoal doing it, without the weight or fragility of ceramic.

Drop the dual-position fuel grate low for smoking or raise it for high-heat searing, and open the Rapidfire lid damper to create a chimney effect when you want it hot fast. The 61 cm stainless steel Gourmet BBQ System grate takes Weber's pizza stone, griddle, sear grate and roaster inserts (sold separately). It rolls on an integrated stand with locking casters.
